Hose Bib

Home owner had an exterior hose bib that developed a leak resulting in water intrusion on the interior of his home causing wet floors and drywall. 

In the before picture you will see the standing water on the layer of vinyl underneath the existing laminate flooring. The laminate had to be removed for the best drying results.

In the after picture you will see we were able to achieve partial in place drying and we were able to save a section of the vinyl flooring There by we were able to reduce the cost to the insurance company and the insured.
