3 story water damage

Commercial building in Happy Valley had a 3 story water damage. We were her first call for help. Once we received the call we were on site with in 30 minutes. We assessed the situation, sourced the leak and started mitigation immediately. 

In the before picture you will see ceiling tiles that are heavily saturated and needing to be removed. After proper testing due to the age of the building we were able to help her facilitate repairs.

In the after picture you will see we were able to match the existing ceiling tiles with like and kind and replace them for her.
